H44 no swm detected.
Have a customer whose H44 won't find the swm 3 lnb. All the cables are good and the dish is dithered correctly. Any ideas?

When you say "won't find" what do you mean? 775 message? Do you have the power inserter connected to the power pass thru port on any splitter you have?

775. The h44 doesn't require a power inserted as its built in. It is on the power pass on the splitter.

I would try a separate power inserter just to make sure it's not the SWM LNB or the H44 not outputting the 21v

Yes, I know the H44 has a built-in PI. Maybe it's not working, try an external PI (I see shannon01 has the same suggestion).Is it an SWM LNB or do you by some chance have an SWM8 multiswitch?
